I came to your shop as a Stanford postdoc hoping for a little help fixing my scooter’s flat tire—just like a bicycle tube repair—you say no, ok,and then all I asked was to borrow a wrench since my own didn’t fit and I’d signed up for your noon repair class. Went in w/ a flat tire, old chain, and dirty bike... asked for help to get it working again, was refused because I didn't schedule an appointment. So I bought new tires, tubes, chain, cleaning solution, etc... and did the work myself on the sidewalk. Asked to use a screw driver and chain tool, was told to buy them because it's "company policy". Manager had zero interest in being helpful or creating a good customer experience. Left feeling sad about humanity.

Incredible services, workers are super sweet and awesome. My chains were beyond rusty but somehow they make them feel brand new without any replacements! I 10/10

Super fast and super good. Got my chain and 1 brake pad replaced and I got everything tightened. I signed up for an appointment, brought in my bike for a tuning at 9am and got it back at 4pm. If you work at Stanford Research Park or nearby the shop, you are eligible for a $50 rebate from Stanford. Not bad!
