Jake and his team are excellent. They have diligently worked through complex situations with our two electric cargo bikes, including extensive coordination and negotiation with vendors/suppliers. It is amazing to have such a great shop in the Stanford Research Park as it makes keeping our 'car replacements' up and running so much easier than dealing with the next closes local bike shop. I had a miserable experience with both Mike's Bikes and Cannondale. Received a brand new bike with a deep gash/scuff on the (metal) fender, and it took these people one year to find a resolution. Mike's blamed Cannondale and vice versa. The manager at this location had the shamelessness to offer me $25 is compensation, which obviously I could not care less about. How about I give you an extra $25 and you give me a non-scuffed bike? Jake is another person who will never return your calls (as I've concluded over 1 year). Utter... read more
