Conrad has been cutting my hair for almost 30 years. He gave both my kids their first haircuts and my dad his last (before he passed away), so I was pretty shocked when I stopped to get a haircut and found he was no longer there. Many of your clients have continued to patronize your shop because of him. Since he is no longer with you, I feel that you will lose many of your regular customers that have been comming there for many years. (myself included)
