Rip off crooks! They won't change the parts and say they did and charge you then when your vehicle isn't fixed they won't refund or honor their work. They are warranty con artists thousands of dollars later my i am having to pay cash for all the repairs to another mechanic because now my vehicle is out of warranty. I have always taken care of my vehicle these were simple things but oil changes, lubes, spark plugs installed incorrectly causing more damage, while looking for gas smell they caused by spark plugs they screwed up... read more

Overpriced! – Terrible! I used this company for a free oil change per a friend's recommendation. The standard oil change for them costs $34.95 (labor is $9.75 and parts are $25.50). I had an appointment for one morning and when they told me they were understaffed and that I'd have to wait a long time, I offered to come in the next day. While doing my oil change they came to me and asked if I wanted a new air filter and new cabin air filter. Rip Off Artists – On January 7, 2008 my vehicle's windshield wipers simply stopped working. The motor was dead. It was a snowstorm so I had no choice to take it to a "AAA Approved" auto repair service near where my car broke down, in Somerville, MA. When I arrived they told me that it would cost $49.00 just to look at my vehicle. Later that day they called me and said the wiper tranmission failed and it would cost over $350.00 to repair.
