CUSTOMER BEWARE-I went there today (03/03/21) to get an ultimate car wash. My car came out with deep swirl scratches on top of trunk and paint missing and scratches on edge of the trunk. When I alerted the MGR to this problem he told me its because I must have done the damage when I removed snow from my car. That's totally crazy because my car has been in my garage during all snow storms It never had snow on it!!!
