Trailer purchase was great, unfortunately that is where it ends..... trailer has needed multiple warranty work done and every scheduled visit does not resolve the work needed as they schwdule insufficient time or miss the request o. The work order. Last visit left our trailer a mess. Dirty boot prints on bed, dirty hand prints on wall, cut off wood pieces left lying around and personal items moved and left on floor. 10/10 recommend buying a trailer from Jeff Roseman! This guy is not only knowledgeable, but he is honest, kind, and goes the extra mile for his customers. We purchased a new Forest River Vibe. Our personal connection to Jeff is what originally brought us in, but as we were shopping the owner introduced himself to us and we felt very welcome.
