Did not follow through...never heard back after appt made. Disappointing, but common.

I responded to his ad on Craig's list and had an unprofessional response. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he finally responded by saying he didn't have time to take on my project although pictures of previous jobs completed by him in the past showed my job was either equal or much smaller than what he had done in the past.
