We interviewed multiple Realtors and we definitely made the right decision working with Mike! He provided such unexpected value to our experience. He demonstrated a deep and compassionate knowledge about our community, he assisted us in working with multiple contractors (which can always be a real nightmare ), and finally he guided us over the intimidating finish line that is the Shaker heights point of sale inspection. I am convinced that no other realtor could have done as good a job representing and selling our home.

If you are looking for a realtor look no further, you found the perfect one!! From the very start, Mike was there for us, figuring out what we were looking for, laying out all our options, and guiding us along the entire process. Mike sold my late grandparents house, and it was high level performance throughout the transaction. The deal had some hair on it, with somewhat unique parameters to be handled. Mike Roberts is a great realtor and just an all-around great person. He worked very closely with us, and even on the rare moments when he was not available to show us a home, he brought in someone from his team to show us the house to look at. He is transparent and tells us as much as he could in order to help us make our decision. 10/10 would work with him again without question.
