I owned a company that ran several cars. Any body work needed went to Luke for repair. Always had car returned in pristine condition. Sometimes just needed paint due to the clear pealing. Still looks great today. Luke is honest and does such fine work that everyone I know, I recommend they take their cars to Luke Roberts Auto Body in Nampa ID. Very nice to deal with and good work
My 12 passenger van was clipped and the damage wasn’t bad but because of the nature of how Nissan NV’s are made, it was totaled. Factory approved repairs would have cost over $20,000 so they totaled a perfectly good van with low mileage due to slight cosmetic damage. We bought it back from insurance as a salvage vehicle and had called about a dozen companies who said they wouldn’t work on any salvage titles. Someone recommended Luke and we are so glad they did. We’ve been going here longer than I’d like to admit! Luke has fixed more door dings and fender benders than I’d like to admit too! ;)
If you’re expecting a thorough job, you may consider another shop. I brought my vehicle here to have some work done. They only did 80% of the work we discussed. And I paid for 100% of the work to be complete. I didn’t notice that they hadn’t completed the entire job two weeks later. I brought it to their attention and they said we don’t do work in those areas. Which would’ve been nice to know when I was discussing the job in the beginning.
