Riddle Construction is fabulous. Mike and his team are the best you can get to build your home. They were focused, professional, attentive to detail, considerate, and easy to work with. Any problems were fixed immediately and without question. Casey, our project manager, responded immediately to our phone calls and usually showed up to our site within minutes. Project included construction of a larger upper deck with pavilion, hot tub and spiral staircase. Enclosing portions of the upper deck to make a sunroom with sliding glass panels and a lower storage room both with heating and A/C. Everyone who views our home has indicated that it is without question the best looking deck, patio and landscaping in our 280 home development or that they have ever seen . Riddle construction exceeded all expectations on this project. You have to see it to believe it.
People often talk of building or buying their "Dream Home." I'm sure that phrase means different things to different people. Mike Riddle construction was the most professional and transparent company that I have ever encountered in my 20 years as a home owner. He is the first contractor to provide me a transparent budget with an itemized bid, and communicated with me on how to achieve the overall end-state within my budget.
