The only person worth dealing with in the service dept is Miranda!! She is personable and does her best to help you. But her hands are tied, she’s only 1 person, and she can’t help the high prices! From now on I will do everything I can, to find somewhere else to fix my car! Mr Reichenbach doesn’t need to be running this dealership, which I doubt he’s ever there! He’s too busy to care about the service and the customers. This makes me so sad to write this review, I bought my car from here, but would not recommend this place ... read more
