Awful experience! Ordered a BRAND NEW truck through this dealership and they were not prepared when I came to pick it up. (!!!I purchased the premium warranty!!!) Weeks later, I had a minor issue that needed to be resolved. They proceeded to keep my truck for over a week without offering a loaner vehicle. The head of the service department did everything but fix the truck. I have called multiple times and he still keeps putting it off. Do not deal with this dealership
Called Mike Reichenbach Ford from the side of the road after a breakdown. I connected with Mark in truck care. The tow driver took my truck in while I stayed with my wife and pets. Mark kept in terrific contact with me, step by step, as the repairs were made. The service was super fast, super communicative, and super competent. The service department took care of business without unnecessary up selling, plus they took care of some outstanding recall issues. I'm tremendously impressed by these honest and hard-working people
