Very good good service
I dropped by today without a booking to get the brakes and tyres checked before winter sets in. Despite being busy they were happy to help on spot. They were completely honest, told me everything was fine, and didn't charge me a cent for their time. It’s rare to find a mechanic with this level of honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going here for future WOFs and servicing!
I failed a WOF at DriveSure due to an apparent brake imbalance, so I took my vehicle to Mike Reddy's to have it checked and repaired. Before doing any work, they tested the brakes on their own equipment and found there was actually nothing wrong. The guy even took the time to show me the results on the brake testing machine. They could easily have gone ahead with unnecessary repairs and charged me for them, but instead they were completely honest and upfront. We dropped our work van to get it serviced and they did amazing work. Price of the service was also reasonable comparatively to other workshops. Would definitely recommend them.
