I had a terrible service experience at Mike Piazza Honda, and the lack of follow-up from dealership leadership has made it even worse. My service advisor was Kenny and the technician was Felix. The mileage was recorded incorrectly on all paperwork — 52,082 instead of the actual 58,082. I had written the correct mileage on the key drop envelope and even had a photo of it. I had an excellent experience with my service advisor Ashley Hall. She was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting my headlights replaced under my extended warranty. This isn’t my first time here, however, I’ve yet to have a bad experience with these guys. Great service overall!!
This is my 4th or 5th time coming here for service on my Pilot. Oil changes, as well as, having my transmission and fluids flushed. I usually deal with Ashley in service and she is absolutely wonderful. I always stay and wait because its my only vehicle and my schedule is hectic. Service is very quick which I appreciate so much! Everyone here is super friendly and accomodating. I will definitely continue to come back to Mike Piazza! Highly recommend for service!
