August 1, 2025. I want to complain about the Service Department at Mike Piazza Honda Service Center. I describe the situation: I have an IMA system, check engine, brakes light on. I called them, said that the IMA battery and VSA modulator were replaced a year ago. And now there is a similar situation with a breakdown. They said come for diagnostics and maybe we will approve you a Goodwill repair. I was happy, brought the car for diagnostics, left it.
