When our car was rear ended, the service department made it a stress free experience. They even gave us a loaner for no extra charge even when our insurance didnt cover it. They are partnered with an auto body shop that picked up the car for us, and got the work done fast with all honda warranties in tact. Never in my life did I think it would be this stress free to have extensive auto body work handled!
Raised what I thought was a pretty benign concern about a small junk fee after being a customer for 10 years. Received a nonsensical rant from the Service & Parts Director. Won't be going back there.
Beth handled my Zurich claim for my 2025 Accord better than the dealership we got the car at and helped take care of several recalls on the vehicle that I was not aware of. Thank you for you quick and courteous service!
Just had our first visit here for a recall and inspection. We worked with Beth, she was very responsive and helpful. I had thought I needed a little extra work on the car, but after they looked at it, said it wasn’t needed. I really appreciated the honesty and not just selling me something I didn’t need, which is unusual for car service centers. Everything was smooth and efficient on pickup. Very straightforward and transparent with pricing. Great experience!
