I have had my oil changed at this auto service shop several times in the past. On Friday, August 21, I had an appointment to have my brake fluid changed. When I called to schedule the service, I was told the estimated price would be $209.95. When I dropped off my car that day, I was quoted the same price. I also had a $75 off coupon, so I thought it would be a good deal to have the service done here. Unfortunately, I was wrong. In the end, I was charged $234.72. I had a terrible service experience at Mike Piazza Honda, and the lack of follow-up from dealership leadership has made it even worse. My service advisor was Kenny and the technician was Felix. The mileage was recorded incorrectly on all paperwork — 52,082 instead of the actual 58,082. I had written the correct mileage on the key drop envelope and even had a photo of it. I had an excellent experience with my service advisor Ashley Hall. She was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting my headlights replaced under my extended warranty. This isn’t my first time here, however, I’ve yet to have a bad experience with these guys. Great service overall!!
