Terrible service. I called yesterday for a price quote and to follow up on my missing wheel lock key from weekend service. Kenny said he would call back in a few min with info. Later that day I get a text from him saying my car is ready. My car wasn't there. I responded asking if he had an update and he said sorry wrong text. Requested a response and ghosted. They sent me many coupons for a car that was in an accident and totaled. After I bought a new car from them, I tried to use those same coupons and they refused to honor them. It feels like they would rather lose my business than stand behind the offers they sent. The experience was very unfriendly and disappointing. I would strongly suggest finding a local garage that treats customers with basic respect and fairness.
Everything was great & my visit went smoothly. The television in the waiting area is annoying loud, but I always being ear buds.
