This company is great to work with, I recommend them often.
Poor business practice. He doesn’t advise you of any issues regarding home or auto claims, changes in cost of insurance. A heads up would have been nice, especially when they are trying to add 150.00 to your already over priced auto insurance and an additional 1700.00 to your home insurance cost. No emails no calls. They walk you through nothing. Poor business practice in my book. But the minute you want to drop them, then they want to act “nice”. It’s sad.
