I have had quite the opposite experience of all these other reviews. Tires not being rotated correctly (they moved spacers to the back tires, why even move them in the first place? This cost me money to fix), lack of communication (I have been waiting for a callback for two days), etc.. I know the reputation of this dealership, but my experience this time has been less than stellar.
Had a bad experience with the Mike Fitzpatrick Ford dealership in Newnan Georgia. They tried to make me pay for a diagnostics fee on a recalled part. Thankfully Mike Patton here in LaGrange help me out immediately. They do business the way it's supposed to be done. It's very much appreciated!
