My wife and I worked with Mike and his team over the entire process of building our dream home. Mike was helpful even before we signed a contract. I did not work with Mike but his partner who ever..his name is Jesse Brown... Hans Pederson Organization LLC. Purchase a new manufacturer Home through him. At first was good and everything was smooth. Until they got my money and signed those paperwork and stuff. Everything starting to go backward and is my worst nightmare of buying or building our dream home.
