The team at Mike Page are sensational. Friendly, informative and good at what they do. They've been servicing my SQ5 for years. I recently had a large repair done on my car and they really looked after me, making sure everything was done properly and tested to ensure perfection. My car now drives like its new. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
Excellent service at a reasonable price
Today had a service done on our A3 Audi. The only thing that impressed us is the bill: 478 NZD and the "check engine lamp" is still on. The wipers are still smearing. When I asked: they "cannot replace them because they have to order them", they would need our okay to do so, but why did they not call?. It could cost "several hundred dollars" to replace the wipers, the service person tells us. I this a joke? Hope we will not have to use this company ever again.
A big thumbs up to Luke and the team at Mike Paige European, from the moment I walked through the door I was treated with a clear game plan to remedy a water leak on our V6 Amarok Ute. Luke handled the warranty claim and organised a date for repair which all went to plan . We were loaned a wee BMW car whilst the Ute was out of action which was a bonus even though we didn’t need to use it it’s a nice gesture by Mike Paige European.
