Sold a home in a tough location in a tough market after being on the market 3 times. Interviewed multiple realtors each time. Mike won out every time, 3 for 3 out of about 7 or 8 agents. Even after getting it done, he exceeded expectations in detailing closing costs and ensuring that those dipping their fingers in the pie came clean, winning over a grand back just checking the details.
