I’ve lived in Longmont for 32 years and have eaten at O’shays hundreds of times. It had been awhile but I found myself having dinner there twice this week. I was stunned by how appalling the food truly was! It had always been fantastic and now I couldn’t eat the main dish. Both times I filled up on fries. The first night I ordered a Reuben remembering how good they always were but this sammy was so dried. Great place for a wet one. May I throw a suggestion out there? You guys are crushing it obviously, and improving on perfect isn't realistic but... Well... Mike O'gays? Same concept, same everything basically but gayer. Topless Irishmen passionate about stout. Its a pipe dream (figuratively speaking)
