Canceled my insurance with this company. While insured through them they raised my rates twice. When I called and asked why my rates were raised both times they stated it was because claims in WA State have gone up. I switched over to State Farm and literally pay half of what Country Finicial was charging. I recommend staying clear of this insurance company.

Mike rocks! We are super irresponsible and didn't have our updated insurance cards in our vehicles. Husband was unable to take the loaner car until he had a copy.
