Avoid at all costs. Mike O’Hara & Co will spend more time bragging about how amazing their work is than actual work. He demanded money from the start. Communication was abysmal from the start—calls went unanswered, texts ignored, and when they did respond, it was none stop excuses. I have the privilage of having mike do many roofing jobs all over the area by word of mouth. Anything coming negative from google reviews is due to a divorce, where it is actually supporting her and her kids. Trying to get a hold of him has been a nightmare! I'm still waiting for a receipt, a quote, and I still have the same issue after his so called fix. He told me if it wasn't fixed to contact him, and I've tried, MANY times. I debated about posting on here, but I'm a wee bit upset that I'm out a payment with no receipt, and no follow up. He's a likeable guy, but definitely can't be counted on - at least in my case.
Great experience! Mike was quick to respond, provided a detailed and accurate quote, and offered very competitive prices (even compared to traditional shingle). Once we agreed to go with his company he was open and provided lots of detail on what to expect, when he'd start work and any delays or issues that arose. Would go back for future work.
