Suppose to open at 8 AM. Windows never open before 8.15. Workers are there, but never ready on time.
The door to get into the building is broken and wouldn't open to the people waiting outside. but if you are inside and walk towards the door and it opens. while we were all knocking on the doors there were 2 women sitting on the left side of the doors sitting there ignoring us not opening the door and a customer came and opened it for us. when we told them it broken and not opening they just ignored us. not a great way to treat veterans horrible service!!
How is it that when I refill a prescription on the MHS Genesis portal, it's never ready on the date it tells me July 14? I get to the pharmacy and I'm told it's too soon to fill. It can be filled on July 24. Today is July 24. Still too soon to fill?! This system sucks!
