If I could give zero stars, I would. As the neighbor of a construction project that Mike O'Brien's is a sub for, they blocked my driveway (and access to my house) for an hour plus - with no notice. My doctor that was supposed to come to my house, as a result could not get there - so in addition to the inconvenience of that, I also received a bill from my doctor for $200.
