I have been a happy StateFarm client for years. I worked with couple of agents earlier. The experience was seamless. Just moved to Westchester. I can assure that I have never seen such inpolite, rude and unprofessional treatment ever in my life. The lady sitting right in front of the entrance door... Don't ever approach her. She must have some personal problems. She attempts to make fun with your questions, playing with words, considering herself little god of arrogance. Unbelievable!!!
