Morgan was extremely rude and was upset at me for asking simple questions. She sent ID cards with the incorrect information. I asked her to update them and instead of asking me questions to clarify what I wanted, she got upset and told me she didn't want to send ID cards again. I told her I was simply trying to understand and she proceeded to tell me she'd already sent them and that I was wrong. Eventually she looked again, I was right, and she made the change. There is no reason to be so rude over a 5 minute conversation
I truly enjoy walking into the State Farm office in Cazenovia, NY. All of the people are very friendly and always interested in serving you. Never have I felt like I was put on the back burner.
My wife and I are completely satisfied with State Farm insurance especially so for the Cazenovia office. Everyone there from Ashley who answers the phone to the owner Mike Nichiporic is personable, polite and professional... they all are "truly good neighbors" Sincerely, Reynolds Baughman
