I'm his ex so personal feelings set aside... Mike Nelson Ext is by far THE BEST & most knowledgeable company & I've tried different ones. If any problems after treatment or lapse of service, he offers FAIR & REASONABLE solution(s). He will not short change your chemical for your treatments. It's worth the cost but you also have to follow his recommendations for BEST RESULTS. I still call for questions & services if/when needed.

Their willingness to go above and beyond what was asked, really made me realize that this company not only takes care of pests but they take even better care of customers.
