The one star is because he is pleasant with you on the phone. That is the only thing I appreciated. Mike said he would show up to do a job, yet never showed or responded to texts. That was in June. I called again in September and again he promised to come out that week and complete the job. He never showed or responded to my texts asking if he needed another day. Mike and his crew are really professional. He’s very responsive and has good work ethic.
Mike was great! He came and fixed my broken sprinkler pipe underneath my grass so quick. He was fast, efficient , and knowledgeable. I will be using him for any irrigation problem moving forward!
