The one star is because he is pleasant with you on the phone. That is the only thing I appreciated. Mike said he would show up to do a job, yet never showed or responded to texts. That was in June. I called again in September and again he promised to come out that week and complete the job. He never showed or responded to my texts asking if he needed another day.
