I had my vehicle towed into the place; they had it done by the end of the day, however, never got back to me about a loaner vehicle, which I had asked about. Once I got my vehicle back, the person helping me was nice enough, but the other guys there looked and acted like I shouldn’t be there; no smiles, no hello. For a car dealership— they aren’t trying very hard to build rapport; I’d only go back if I had to.
Car problems at the end of our vacation. Mike Motors got us in right away and resolved the problem quickly and since the fix was simple, they did not charge us. Very happy with this business.
