It was under warranty and inclusive oil change service. Staffs were friendly, waiting room was clean and great. One thing I need to share for sure, as I opened the front of my car, the hydraulic water for Hybrid was not filled but everything else was filled. I would recommend to check by yourself to make sure, human nature mistakes.
Parker and Lance were a great help. Parker guided me through everything when dropping my car off for an inspection and found answers to all my questions. Lance helped set up my BlueLink that was still registered to previous owner and showed me the features of the app. In and out in almost less than 30 minutes.
