Parker and Lance were a great help. Parker guided me through everything when dropping my car off for an inspection and found answers to all my questions. Lance helped set up my BlueLink that was still registered to previous owner and showed me the features of the app. In and out in almost less than 30 minutes.
Service department staff is very rude, I was too mad to get his name, that one encounter with this employee made me hate I bought a car from here.
