I had been hearing wierd noises from my car. I called, petrified about cost etc. ( Money I do NOT have.) I called today. I spoke with Rich. After hearing my, I am sure, humurous imitations of the noise I was hearing, Rich said to check the oil level. My oil service indicator stated it was due for service in 500 ish miles. I was across the street and asked if I came there, could someone help me. He said sure. I drove there. Rich himself checked my oil level-it was a NON DETECTABLE level on that dipstick!
