HORRIBLE. I ended up spending $5,000.00 to get my car fixed from their work, AFTER I PAID THEM THOUSANDS. They put the wrong radiator in my car and then wouldn't reimburse me for the complete tow bill, then I had to have it towed 3x after that of which they told me my car was fine EACH TIME AND IT WASN'T. I needed up having to go to the dealer to FIX everything they did incorrectly, nor did they inspect to find what the issues were, including a valve job THEY DID that cracked my valve cover. DON'T DO IT.
I've been dealing with this shop for awhile now my daughter's 2017 gmc terrain timing chain was going bad had it replaced at Mike's and year ago the timing chain is bad again they have all new people in this shop I have been waiting for 4 days after I was told it was six hour job and still don't know when it's going to be ready this is poor business I've been going to this shop since it became Mike's before that it was Merlins I have experienced this kinda of poor business
