The women in this office are the absolute worst. Very rude, no empathy to your situation. I told the lady the worst part of my experience was that after two hours on the phone with multiple people from state farm no one even offered an apology. Her response "why would I apologize? I just work here, I'm not state farm" you represent their company and that's the reason I cancelled my insurance. Over 24 years with state farm and they don't care about their customers at all.
