I would give him a -10 if I could. Hired for a commercial job and he caused multiple delays and I finally ended up hiring a supplemental plumber to finish as he would not show up when promised. Also had to have multiple repairs done after the business opened due to low quality work. Very unqulified workers as well. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
Mike Moore is very dishonest and a thief. He still owes my husband $604 from 6 months ago when he worked him 40+ hours and never paid him. He also does meth and smokes pot on the job.
