The entire team at Mike McDonald-State Farm are Supremely Amazing!!! I have Insured/Changed Insured cars no less than 4 times in the last 12months, and EVERY TIME I've called, stopped by or had a question, Theresa and Alexis have been Top Notch!!!
This office has handled our master policy for years and these folks are top notch. Teresa is always more than helpful and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a local agent for home or auto I would highly recommend giving them a call.
Teresa is the best! She's very professional, responsive, has helped me with several different things at this point, and is always in a GREAT mood. I can't say I've ever had a better customer service agent in any field. I'd highly suggest her if you don't have an agent already, and if you do, I'd recommend switching!
