Alexis is the best. We have built a relationship since 2005 when I moved to Virginia Beach. After moving out of the area, I kept Mike McDonald’s office for my insurance solely due to my relationship with Alexis. She is attentive, always available, understands my needs, all which have made securing new policies and terminating old policies quick, and with great confidence and comfort. I would recommend this office all day long.
When I contact them, they have my information instantly and have the greatest customer service of any company I have dealt with.

Mike and his team, specifically Teresa, did an amazing job assisting me with a timely administrative issue. Due to a simple corporate address change by a 3rd party, Teresa worked expeditiously to ensure all insurance documents reflected the updated address. In my experience, these are the types of issues that can cause delays with policy renewals, but Teresa's immediate attention to this matter alleviated such concerns.
Alexis was asked to perform a time sensitive issue, all I can say is WOW ! It was awsome how fast and efficiently this was done- BRAVO
