My husband and I used Mike Massey law to set up a family trust several years ago. He has recently died and I am so happy everything we own is named as part of the trust. No probate has been necessary and transferring assets as bee simple. I recently used them again to re-state the trust in my name to simplify transfer in the future when it becomes necessary for my heirs to deal with my estate. The process was easy and efficient.
