My hot water heater broke and I left a message which was returned in an hour. He installed a new water heater the next say.

Great plumber. Honest man and a very hard worker!
Called to have a shower facet fixed. Was told he was busy most of the week would get to us the end of the week. Called that Friday to let us know he was coming that day during lunch. We emptied our entire master walk in closet so he could access the plumbing. He called at 2:30 to let us know there was an emergency and he couldn’t make it and he’d call back over the weekend.
