They tried to charge $600 for a spark plug and $600 for transmission fluid among a list of suggested services totaling $8000. I even sent the video/diagnosis list to another Ford Dealership and they were baffled by these charges and the diagnosis, saying it was unclear and unnecessary. Do not go here, you will get scammed, and they will nickel and dime you every step of the way.
I purchased a Blue Certified 2019 BMW X5 from Mike Maroone Ford Longmont and had to return the vehicle to service two days after purchase due to multiple issues that became apparent almost immediately.
