I leased a vehicle from another Ford dealership. As part of the package, I negotiated free oil changes from any authorized Ford dealer. My Ford Bronco experienced an engine failure just before Thanksgiving, but Andy's exceptional customer service and expertise gave me confidence in their ability to fix it. They were very communicative throughout the process and even provided a rental car, allowing me to drive across states for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Andy Alore and his team to anyone in the area needing service.
They refused to compensate me after devaluing my 2023 F150 when they bent the frame. I request $10,000 and a set of tired from Chris. They called my insurance company to report an accident on my account, costing me $2000 on a deductible and hit to my insurance. Call me. Make this right.
