I can't address the sales department in this review. I have no experience with it. I do have experience with the service department and I can tell you I wouldn't allow them to repair a child's tricycle. They had my car for a week, provided repair codes in 2 days, sat on it for 5 more days, didn't communicate despite my reaching out multiple times and I had to waste 45 minutes in the service department waiting for to pick up my car.
