I can't ever reach the office by phone, and when I last visited the office I left because the agent never acknowledged my presence.
Mike and Sondra are awesome and will always have my business .
Ms. Sondra Bergeron has the best customer service I have EVER encountered. She has never made me feel like a nuisance when speaking on the phone with her for bill pay unlike many many other people that I have spoken on the phone with for different business/reasons. Her voice is just so sweet and kind along with her great attitude. Her enthusiastic voice always turns my frown upside down and it's very contagious.
