I have been with State Farm for awhile now. The staff is very pleasant and Mr. Rick has been my biggest supporter with all I have gone through here lately. I don’t even know where to begin to brag on the entire group with Mike Long State Farm in Eden. We have been doing business with this group for over 20 years because of the wonderful customer service we’ve received. Charlotte at Mike Long is the best! She is awesome to work with!! I've gone to her for many years now for all of my insurance needs, and she always comes through for me & is very efficient!!
I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Charlotte in handling an issue I ran into recently. While I normally deal with Rick, who has always been great, I would recommend speaking to Charlotte as well! She followed up with all my concerns and was able to answer all my questions. Overall, just a nice professional location.
