Unprofessional, lazy, and actively hostile to loyal customers. I have been a loyal customer with State Farm for years, trusting them with my home, camper, and three auto policies. You would think a customer with five active policies would be treated with a modicum of respect. Instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service of my life from Rick and the agency owner, Mike Long.
