Working with Mike is amazing. We also worked a little with Issac and he was good. Leaving 5 stars because my husband and I felt like Mike as a lender is the guys you want to have your back. Aside from that as far as Rate, outside of Mike and Issac, We did not work well with other rate employees with lack of communication, lack of assurance, some emails back to us were never responded to and at times we were the middle man filtering calls between rate and our homeowners insurance. Outside of that I’d recommend Mike to anyone!
Mike and the team were amazing throughout my home buying process. Even though this was my second time purchasing, it felt like the first with everything I learned. Mike is very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and answered every question I asked. Mike has a Facebook page, if you haven’t already followed him, you should - Tales From A VA Lender.
