My first complaint is that I live in Utah. This means we ALWAYS have construction going on which leads up to rock chips and sometimes windows have to be replaced as the damage is just to big just filled per window companies. I CANNOT control that!! I had a $0 deductible for glass which I was paying for monthly. However due to where i live I had to file a few glass rock chip claims. Also had 2 window replacements on 2 differnt cars. 1 front window and 1 side small window. Again, nothing i can control or do about it. My hubby ... read more

I've been a customer since 2017, they always treated me well and were able to answer questions accurately or get an answer for me and get back to me. The last year or so has been the opposite, I've left messages and had people say that they'll call me back 4 separate times over that period and never hear back, usually takes 2-3 calls over a day just to get someone to answer, can't get definitive answers to basically anything about my policy. Will be shopping for another agent ASAP.
I was getting charged way too much for my auto insurance. I called State Farm and Christina Hewett lowered my monthly payment by $155.00. This is the best decision I've made for quite some time. Thank you Christina!
Ask the agents how do I up my insurance on my home? They told me I had to get an appraisal which is wrong. Also asked for my vehicle value which they use a vindicator and that it was not their department to give that to me.
