Terrible people. They quoted me on a job. When the job was complete it was $3,000 more than quoted. No call. Nothing. They said if I called everyone that the price charged I would never get anything done. I would expect a call when the price triples. Do not go here.
Mike and sons helped me out of a jam with same day service. I had an alternator go bad on a trip to the finger lakes region and they replaced it at a far price in record time. Awesome! They also have some cool dogs to hang with in the waiting area. Thanks again guys for fixing my conversion van!
I’m sorry I can’t in good conscience give a good review. Your experience might be different but they didn’t fix my car issue after I paid $1,000. They gave my car back filthy inside and out and missing a part. Nice guys though it was just a disappointment doing business with them.
We agreed they would call me with an estimate before any work was performed. They performed the work without calling me with the estimate. I paid it, but this is not what we agreed to.
Never had a bad experience. Timely and always calls before major repairs!
