Keeping this review short and sweet.. I had exceptional care with the purchase of my 2026 Outlander. Chris is beyond FABULOUS! You can tell he truly loves his job. He deserves a raise! BIG thanks to Noah as well. He worked his butt off for me and I truly appreciate the time and effort to make this purchase work! Finally, Carl helped set up my app and was extremely friendly. Took my Mirage in a second time due to radio issues to try and get it replaced again. I told them it was primarily when having a phone connected, but that the audio would cut in and out. I've tried multiple phones and cords. They were unable to replicate the problem using the radio, so they sent me away and requested I try and get a recording of the problem... Instead of like, maybe taking a drive and letting me show them? I don't know. I was confused, and still kind of am? I guess I just have a new car with a bad radio. Yay... read more
