I took my Mitsubishi in for an oil change & a warranty recall. The service department is a bit confusing and hard to find, as Mitsubishi service is actually in a Chevy Building. I was driving through the parking lot, confused, and saw a service attendant in the parking lot - he made up for the confusion with a very warm, polite greeting and affirmation of where I needed to go. I always have the best experience at Mike Kelly automotive from calling to schedule to the people at the desk are so helpful and the service it self just love this place woman friendly.
I took my Toyota to diehl collision in butler per the manufacturer to get a smashed sunroof replaced. They told me it would be a 2 day repair. Well after 1 week they never even looked at I. I then took it to Kelly collision explained the issue. The manager Todd had it pulled in and said he would take care of it. Here it is a few days later and the car was completely repaired as well as they detailed it. Needless to say any repair or a new car purchase will be done at Kelly automotive.
