We enrolled exactly two months ago with an agent named Sarah. In that two months we have left phone messages (with no return) made office visits and requested our hard copy Policies and Insurance cards. We were assured 3 times in three weeks that we would be receiving them . I received them in the mail today from a Shannon not Sarah. We switched from State Farm due to poor customer service.
