He canceled on me an hour before he was supposed to be here with a text message. Then when I called him he hung up on me. I moved everything off the floor to be organized. I would NOT recommend. I found a better service for the same price. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
So I really wanted to give Mike a good review but unfortunately I can not. My experience started with him trying to double the price he quoted on Facebook messenger. However, he did stay with his quoted price, but I could tell he wasn’t happy about it. Mike has a young man do his cleaning while he supervises. Supervising included him walking through the house with me and taking notes. Then he sits in his car while the young man cleans and checks it at the end.
