Mike was fantastic! Our mortgage process was a very long one as we went from a property purchase, to home construction, to a final refinance. Mike was there every step of the way (even helping us find the right bank for our construction loan). When ready to convert our construction loan to a permanent loan, Mike helped us navigate the fast changing interest rates due to fed changes and lock in at just the right time.
