Guy is a thief. He started work with an initial deposit then wanted a second deposit and then ghosted the job. I am out $6000 on a large exterior painting job. Do not use this guy he is a scam artist.

Mike Kaganzev scammed my mother in law out of $3,000 . Before this he has always been great . Not sure what happened. He started a job , never finished and never paid her back . Keeps making excuses and it’s been over 5 months ! Guess he is hurting for money , make sure he doesn’t get yours next.
Owner is a Straightforward Good Stand Up Guy! He is focused on his work and is a man of his word. He will go above and beyond and out of his way for you because that is who he is.. My advice to anyone looking for a Reliable/Personable and Honest Contractor is to give him a try..
