Can I just say Mike Jones is Awesome! I've had insurance specifically with him for going on 10 years now and he specifically is so quick to respond to my emails about policy updates or changes. If you are a business owner of any kind in any way sign up! It is so nice to be able to do things on the fly and you don't get service like that nowadays. Absolutely horrible, never file a claim with them. They will deny you claim when you have never filed with them. The only words they know are your premium has doubled in 1 years time again with no claims and excellent credit score. Claim, no we deny that. Premium double in price, yes we do that. I would never recommend AllState, to anyone. I would cancel them. I can't do that right now because a have filed a lawsuit against them
The customer service is great. Every time I call they explain things to me where I understand what’s going on. I am 72 years old and I appreciate the patience that their customer service have. I have no issues with Alstate.
